On June 18th FMI completed an acquisition of 3 KFC locations in the Ontario. The restaurants are located in Sturgeon Falls and two in North Bay. Welcome to the team!

On February 27th FMI completed the acquisition of 21 KFC restaurants from El-Rancho Food Services Limited. The restaurants are located throughout Saskatchewan and Manitoba. This acquisition brings the total number of FMI’s Canadian KFC restaurants to 85 with a commitment to open 12 new restaurants by 2020. Welcome to the team!

FMI group continues to grow as the largest Panera Franchise Operator in Canada by acquiring 6 Panera Cafes in Greater Toronto Area. This acquisition brings FMI to 18 Panera locations in the Ontario region.

FMI purchased a Pizza Hut restaurant close to home this week. The newest addition to the FMI team is Mountain Road Pizza Hut in Moncton, New Brunswick.

FMI has expanded its restaurants with acquisition of Panera Bread Cafes in Ontario, Canada.

On August 15, 2015 FMI Group added additional Canadian KFC units to its portfolio. FMI purchased 5 restaurants in the Province of Quebec (Rouyn-Noranda, Val d’Or, Amos, Chibougamau and La Sarre) and 2 locations in the Province of Ontario (New Liskeard and Kirkland Lake).
